1. Scope

These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all services provided by Ticketbridge.io (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our") to our customers (hereinafter "you", "your", "customer"). Our platform enables the creation, management, and execution of events as well as the sale of tickets.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded through your registration on our platform and the confirmation of your account. By using our services, you accept these Terms of Service as binding.

• Registration is free of charge
• All information must be truthful
• Only one account per person is allowed

3. Services Provided

We provide you with a web-based platform through which you can:

• Create and manage events
• Sell tickets and use check-in systems
• Manage and analyze participant data
• Organize teams and access rights
• Process payments and generate reports

4. Prices and Payment

Our prices depend on the chosen plan and can be viewed on our website. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

• Monthly billing for subscription models
• Transaction fees for ticket sales
• Payment via credit card, SEPA or PayPal
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Not publish illegal content
• Respect copyrights and personal rights
• Keep your access data confidential
• Inform us about changes to your data
• Not misuse our platform

6. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless damages result from injury to life, body or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Termination

Both parties may terminate the contract at any time with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

8. Data Protection

9. Final Provisions

German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Munich. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
